공모전 접수가 마감됨에 따라 향후 일정을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

□ 향후 일정

- 수상작 결과발표 : ~ 2026. 10. 23.

- 시상식 개최 : ~ 2026. 10. 30.

※ 세부 일정은 진행 상황에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있으며, 변경사항이 있을 경우 별도 안내드릴 예정입니다.

□ 수상작 발표 및 안내

- 수상자에게는 시상식 일정 및 관련 사항을 별도로 안내할 예정입니다.

□ 상금 지급 안내

- 상금은 관련 세법에 따라 제세공과금을 원천징수한 후 지급됩니다.

- 상금 지급에 필요한 서류는 수상자에게 별도 안내할 예정입니다.

□ 수상작 활용 안내

수상작은 전주 관광 홍보를 위해 전주관광재단 공식 홈페이지, SNS, 관광박람회, 홍보영상 등 온·오프라인 홍보 자료로 활용될 수 있습니다.

□ 유의사항

- 출품작이 타인의 저작권, 초상권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해한 경우 이에 대한 책임은 출품자에게 있습니다.

- 표절, 타 공모전 수상작, 저작권 침해 등 부정한 사실이 확인될 경우 수상이 취소될 수 있으며, 이미 지급된 상금은 환수될 수 있습니다.

- 그 밖의 사항은 「2026 전주 관광 홍보 숏폼 영상 공모전」 공고 내용을 따릅니다.

전주관광재단은 공정한 심사를 통해 최종 수상작을 선정할 예정입니다.

As the submission period has now closed, please find the upcoming schedule and related information below.

□ Upcoming Schedule  

- Winner Announcement: by Oct. 23, 2026

- Awards Ceremony: by Oct. 30, 2026

  ※ The detailed schedule may be subject to change depending on circumstances. Any changes will be announced separately.

□ Winner Announcement and Notification  

- Winners will be separately informed of the awards ceremony schedule and other related details.

□ Prize Payment Guide  

- Prize money will be paid after withholding applicable taxes in accordance with relevant tax laws.

- Winners will be separately informed of the documents required for prize payment.

□ Use of Winning Entries

Winning entries may be used for Jeonju tourism promotion through online and offline promotional materials, including the official Jeonju Tourism Organization website, social media, tourism fairs, and promotional videos.

□ Important Notes  

- Entrants are responsible for any infringement of third-party rights, including copyright and portrait rights.

- If plagiarism, prior winning status in another contest, copyright infringement, or any other improper conduct is identified, the award may be revoked and any prize money already paid may be reclaimed.

- All other matters shall be governed by the official announcement for the 「2026 Jeonju Tourism Promotion Short-Form Video Contest」.

The Jeonju Tourism Organization will select the final winners through a fair evaluation process.
